Terms of Service

By accessing or using Hire Space (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Hire Space provides AI-assisted tools for creating, reviewing, and improving CVs, finding and applying to jobs, interview preparation, and recruiting workflows. Features and availability may change over time.

You must provide accurate contact details (email and phone) to use the tools, and you must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, or abusive content; no scraping, reverse-engineering, or overloading the Service; no uploading another person’s data without a lawful basis; and no using outputs to make automated employment decisions without human review.

Outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. They are suggestions, not professional, legal, or career advice. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything before you rely on or submit it. Job listings shown link to third-party sites; we do not control or guarantee them.

Free and paid plans are offered. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor (Stripe) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of the CVs and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate results). See our Privacy Policy.

The Service, its design, and software are owned by Hire Space and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our brand or code beyond using the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in a job, interview, or hire.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hire Space will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
